i file chapt 13 in 2005 and now i'm behind omn my mortgage again. mortgage co has file for a stay. is nthere anything i can do to save my house i have about 25000-30000 in equity

This is a question that only your Chap. 13 lawyer can answer, and as long as your plan continues, the fees you paid him obligate him to answer.
