Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
foreclosure on home during bankrupcy
We filed Chapter 13 bankrupcy in 2003,We got in a bind and got 3 months behind on house payment. I called and tryed to make one payment and they would not take they said it had been turned over to an attorney. I called the attorney and they would not give me any information they said we only speak to an attorney. I need to know what my rights are so I don't lose my house.

Your Chapter 13 attorney should be able to assist you. You should NOT be talking direct with their lawyer, and he CANNOT talk with you if you are represented.
