Garnishment
I filed bankrupt without an attorney. How do I get a refund for monies garnished after the bankrupty was filed? I filed chapter 7.

An attorney cannot advise you as to your case unless you retain him. Bankruptcy is not a do it yourself project. The money you will lose in not properly stopping the garnishment may well be more than the legal fees you should have paid to do it properly. Get a lawyer soon.
