Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
garnishment
i was being garnished but i filed chapter 7 now checks are being mailed to me in the amount of the garnishments but they are made out to the courthouse there was a letter with the checks that said they were being returned because of a cease are these checks really being returned to me and if so how do i cash them with them being made out to the courthouse
