Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Hi,
After a house is foreclosed or bankrupt the deficiency that is owed can the law or whomever go after a person for the rest, or can they just walk away.

There is a difference in the answer between a foreclosure without a bankruptcy (yes they can in some cases) and with one (if the debt was discharged, no). Which applies to you? Your post is not clear and conflicting.
