Can I keep my home and auto
If I had to file Chapter 7 can I keep my mortgage on my house because it is always paid. and also my autos are paid for. My bad debts are credit cards and medical bills, also I have a boat with a lein but I will let it go back.

You may or may not be able to keep a home and car depending on a large number of numbers you did not provide including the value ofthe home and car, the value of your other assets, the amount of debt, and other details. Often the answer will be yes, but determining what will happen in a chapter 7 requires a lot of financial detail I don't have from you.
