My home is in a trust. Can I file chapter 7 without my home being sold to pay debts?

No one here can possibly answer your question. How do we know the facts about your trust? See a lawyer and be prepared to discuss every detail and provide all paperwork.
A bankruptcy involves all your assets, including equitable ones.
Whether your house is sold or retained depends on all the information you did not give us:
Is there equity in the house? How much?
Who is the lender?
What are the trust terms?
Do you have the income to keep the house?
What other assets do you have? How much are they worth?
Do you even qualify under the means test to file?
To answer you an attorney needs a great deal of information. Feel free to contact me or another attorney to set up a time to bring in the needed information for review.
