Husband and I in chap 13 three years ago he recently passed away and same creditors coming after estate which is worthless what am i responsible for

More information is needed. Was the Chapter 13 dismissed? Or was it Discharged? Or is it pending? Are you on any of the debts? Without details like that an answer is impossible.

The Proper Answer Any creditor in the chapter 13 cannot come after your husbands estate. Call the attorney who handled your case and demand legal action
