Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
My husband and I file chapter 7 in Georgia. My question is if the car is still at our home and the they haven't picked it up yet, and it has been about three months now, is it our responsibility or the car lot to pick up the car. What will happen if they don't come and get it?

No one knows how the debts and assets are treated in your case, or what happened in your case, and you did not tell us. Three months from what? Discuss this with your bankruptcy lawyer.
I assume from your question you want to surrender the vehicle. Are you represented by a bankruptcy lawyer in your case?
Hopefully you have a lawyer in your case. Bankruptcy cases have many pitfalls that most laymen will never even spot, much less navigate.
If you have an attorney discuss this with your attorney.
If you don't, get one. Once the case ends, it may be too late to fix errors you may have made. I am handling one case right now where a debtor filed pro se and I have had to file close to 100 pages just to fix what was (and was not) filed.
