Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

my husband and I filed Chapter 13 in February. MY husband has been on workman's comp since December. He was terminated in August and we could possibly take some of his 401K money out. we are really needing money and would like to take some out. can we do this without it causing a problem with the Chapter 13?
