Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

MY HUSBAND AND iIFILED CHAPTER 13 BANKRUPTCY 1&1/2 YEARS AGO, SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN HAVING ALOT OF HEALTH ISSUES AND WE ARE HAVING TROUBLE PAYING THE $610. A MONTH TO THE COURT AND THEN OUR HOUSE PAYMENT AND OTHER BILLS. IS THERE A WAY TO HAVE THE BANKRUPTCY DISCHAREGED BECAUSE OF MY HEALTH AND THE BILLS THAT GO ALONG WITH IT?

Possibly. But no one here will know. The one person who will know (and whom you have already paid to answer you) is the lawyer in your Chapter 13, who is obligated to answer you and has the information to know your options. You should be asking him.
