Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
My husband was a secured creditor to two guys who filed bankruptcy. His debt was discharged
by a judge. Is there anything that can be done
to collect on a debt once it has been discharged?

Discharged basically means a debt is no longer owed. See a lawyer for any other questions, as obviously no one here knows anything about the case. This and other questions should be asked when the creditor gets notice of the case, especially when it is a secured creditor.
