Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

my ex husband while we was seperated filed bankruptsy.I did not file with him.This morning i recieved a call from the bankruptsy court wanting to know why i havent been paying the monthly fee.Am i responsible for this debt,his debt in any way

You posted teh same question with different facts a few minutes ago.

Before you said a creditor called you.

Now you say the court called you. The bankruptcy court NEVER calls people to request payments so this version simply is not true.

When you actually figure out who is calling, see a lawyer. As we noted before, you are liable for JOINT debts (not for his individual debts).
