Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Can a law suit be filed on me for actions to recover loan balances and other overdue balances if I am legally disable and on a fixed income? Is there any other assistance from the government and other institutions for my situation.

Yes. If you owe the money, you can be sued. Once the lenders win, they can do things like seize your bank accounts and assets. You may be eligible to file bankruptcy and wipe out the debts. Feel free to contact me to discuss if that is an option.
