Law suit filed against us during bankruptcy
My husband recently had a minor car accident, which was filed as a "no fault" accident. We found out that the driver of the other car intends to sue both us and the company my husband works for, since he was driving a company vehicle on the job. We are in chapter 13 bankruptcy- can he file a suit and if so, are we at all protected?

He can file suit against the company, no problem. He needs permission from the bankruptcy court to file a suit againt your husband.
