If your mother did not sign for the mortgage on the trailer, then the mortgage company should not have placed the bankruptcy on your credit report.
There are a couple of ways a bankruptcy filing would end up on your credit report, one if your mother was a co-signer of the debt and 2, if you and your mother have the same name. If your mother did in fact sign on the mortgage for the trailer, she was oligated to put that debt on her bankruptcy case. I would suggest you contact her bankruptcy attorney about this matter.
