Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
lein
i filled a chpt 7 and it was discharged.
then found out there was lien against me.
the company that was owed told their attorney to remove the lein and he refuses to do so and also has ask for payments on the account

What is your question? Valid liens often survive bankruptcy, except in limited circumstances. A discharge of debt does not mean liens go away. You provide no basis to conclude the lien should be removed. You need to address this to your bankruptcy lawyer.
