Letters from the US. Bankruptcy Court Georgia

Hwllo, I keep getting these letters from the US. Bankruptcy court northern district of Georgia, Atlanta division, and i have no idea what they are all about.

CASE NO. 04-70243-CRM

It is ordered and noticed hereby given that a hearing on Chapter 7 Trustee's of proposed Abandonment of Property (Doc. Re: Letters from the US. Bankruptcy Court Georgia

Presumably you are listed as a potential creditor to whom the bankruptcy debtor owes money, or thinks he owes money, or a former cutsomer, employee, etc. (and if so you would have received other earlier notices from the court as well). You could also be a co-signer. Without knowing what, if any, dealings, you have had with the debtor, there is not a way to fully answer you. Ordinarally this would not be a hearing that parties need to attend, unless they object to the abandonment (which usually would mean the item abandoned would not be sold to pay creditors). But the answer depends on what dealings you had with that party.
