Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

i got divorced, the house still in both of our names, i was the primary lienholder but she is living there paying the bills, she files bankruptcy - doesn't tell me and now my credit shows foreclosure. did she and her attorney have a legal obligation to notify of the bankruptcy???
