Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I have a LLC that I have been running for a few years. My business is currently battling with a regulatory agency that is threatening to fine me over an interpretation of a law that I believe is incorrect. If they levy fines so high that it will drive me out of business, can they also pursue me personally for payment? None of my personal assets are tied to the business (except it is home based.)

Your question cannot be answered since you did not provide any facts on the issue. It is also likely that bankruptcy law won't be the governing law, since bankruptcy law rarely establishes initial liability.
