loans to builders
i loaned a builder money to build home, he is now filed bankruptcy and listed me on defaluted new construction property along with banker. how may i pursue getting what i loaned him at this bankruptcy.
which is about 35k

A bankruptcy stays most collections, and may make the debt uncollectable. Meet with a bankruptcy lawyer to see if there is any chance to collect.
