my mom is a co signer on my trailer

I have a trailer that I have been renting out. I have had 3 renters and they all owe me money. I won a judgement on them but the court can not make them pay. My mom co signed with me on the trailer can I file chapter 7 on the trailer and some credit cards and medical bills?
