Motion for relief of stay in GA

I read that you have a 3500 exemption for vehicles in GA if that is the case and the value of my vehicle is 2900, how can the auto dealer request a relief of stay to repo the car?

If you owe money on the car, unless you reaffirm the debt in Chap. 7 or cure a default in a Chapter 13 that is a normal event so the lender can get the car back. Certainly your lawyer went over that with you.
