Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
If we get a notice of CHapter 13 case Closed Without DIscharge do we treat the account as if it is a Dismisal or Discharge as far as debt owed to us?

"Without discharge" usually means exactly what it says, but no one here has the documents or knows what happened in the case.
