Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
property sell
I am in a chapter 13 and i want to sell my property do i have to pay off the bankruptcy also or can i sell the property and continue my payments. My property will not appraise for enough to do both what do i do please help

That is a question you need to address to your bankruptcy attorney, who will likely seek approval from the Chapter 13 trustee and/or the court.
