Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
I reaffirmed my leased vehicle and I am over the mileage, once my bankruptcy is discharged will i be responsible for paying for the mileage overage when its time to turn the car in or can i just turn the car in at the end of the lease?

Read your documents. Reaffirm means you have the same obligations under the contract you had before filing. This should have been considered when you decided to reaffirm and agreed to be liable under the contract.
As I am sure your lawyer explained to you when you reaffirmed, you are bound by your original contract unless you modified it in the reaffirmation. So yes you would have to pay.
Nothing new to add, read over the reaffirmation agreement. Reaffirmation agreements reaffirm the original details of your contract.
