I recently filed Chapter 7. Can my creditors come after me again

Debts that you discharge in the chapter 7 can never be collected again.
Your question is not one that a person represented by a lawyer would have asked. That tellls me that you may have made the worst mistake of your life - filing pro se. Pro se cases often go badly, and a misstep could mean you fail to discharge debts you could have discharged, or have liens that survive your case.
Get a lawyer. It is money very well spent.
