i filed a chap 13 and i missed the last court date and the case was dismissed. it has only been a month since the case was dismissed and they repoed the vehicle what options do i have

There's no way to answer you as we haven't seen your paperwork and information. You may be able to file a new bankruptcy, with some qualifications. In most cases the car is gone. See a lawyer to review your options.
