Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Sale of business and Chapter 13
If you file a personal Chapter 13 and are a partner in a LLC, can the business be sold before, during or after the bankrupcy is filed or completed and how does the Chapter 13 affect the business since it is a partnership?

Re: Sale of business and Chapter 13
The debtor's interest in the LLC is an asset of the bankruptcy estate and if he wants to sell it, he (the debtor) must get permission from the court.
