Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
One spouse filing 13 or 7
I must file due to mortgage problems and limited cash flow. My wife is not on the morgage debt and has her own source of assets and income...will she have to disclose anything since I am the only delinquent debtor seeking shelter?

A spouse's income must be disclosed for you to file, and it will affect your ability to file and under what chapter you may file. What effect the case will or won't have on her depends on information you did not post.
