If your house was sold at a foreclosure sale you no longer own it and bankruptcy won't get it back. There is nothing to "catch up.". You are well advised to find a home instead of fighting the inevitable. Bankruptcy would simply be a short delay if the new owner wants you out.

You are asking way too late. BEFORE a foreclosure you may have had options using a lawyer to save a home. After a foreclosure you are not the owner, meaning you are living in someone else's home. There's nothing to "catch up."
