Can I a student loan 20+ yrs old be included in a bankruptcy?

You HAVE to list it. Omission of any debt is a felony and you can go to jail and be denied a discharge.
Note that old student loans generally cannot be discharged but they still have to be listed. Discuss this with your bankruptcy attorney (bankruptcy is never a do it yourself project).
