Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
If several student loans are consolidated under a private bank (Wells Fargo) and then included under a debtors Chapter 7 no asset case can it be discharged or does the bank have recourse to pursue this debt?

Student loans whether they are government or private are not dischargeable in bankruptcy. Therefore you will still have to pay this debt. There is what is called a hardship discharge, however it is very difficult to qualify for a hardship discharge.
