Can I put my student loans in Chapter 13 or Chapter 7?

Student loans must be listed in both a chapter 7 or 13. Almost all Student loans are non-dischargeable, meaning you will still owe them. In most 13's they can be paid as part of your plan.

Chapter 7 and 13 are opposites. If you are qualified to file one, you generally cannot file the other.
