Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I'm being sued by a collection agency for a 29000 debt from 15 years ago.I am recieving ssi benifits.what do i do

If the debt is 15 years old, you have a defense. However, if you wait more than 30 days to respond and fail to respond properly you will lose.
