Sueing someone who is filing Bankruptcy

I am sueing someone who owes me $750.00. He just filed bankruptcy. Can I still show up in court and then file FiFa lien on his property?

Only if you want to be in violation of federal law and subject to sanctions.

Unless a bankruptcy court lifts the stay, you cannot sue or collect from anyone in bankruptcy.
