Time limit for picking up a Jet Ski?

My Bankruptcy was finial over a year ago. But the finance company that should have come and picked up the Jet Ski never did. They never called or anything. The same company did come and pick up the motorcycle and we asked were they taking the Jet Ski too and the guy said he was just there to get the motorcycle. Is there some kind of time limit they have to pick it up? I don't ever use it and would like to get rid of it (sell it) but I want to make sure they can not come back in 5 yeas and say they want it.

Send them a certified letter giving them 30 days to pick it up and let them know you may dispose of it if they do not. There is no deadline, so if they don't respond to the letter, talk to your bankruptcy lawyer before doing anything.
