i will like to no if the bankrupcy trustee have the right to side with the finance leading mortgage company to convert from chapter 13 to chapter 7.

No one here can answer a question about your bankruptcy case. Only your lawyer, who is familiar with the case, all the filings and cirumstances, would know why things may be happening in your case. Your fee in a chapter 13 case entitles you to advice, so ask your lawyer.
