Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
volunteer repo
I have traded cars so many times, I
now owe 72,000 on a car. I am
thinking of a volunteer repot to start
over. I know this will show up as a
repot on my credit file, but I am
worrying myself to death...any

Re: volunteer repo
In addition to the repo, they will be able to sue you, probably for close to $72,000, and attach your wages and bank accounts for years to come. Before making another likely bad move, meet with a lawyer. In some cases a bankruptcy may be a way to get out from under things.
