Is it alright to purchase a Turnkey cellphone business without a lawyer or accountant the business is a llc

I'm not sure what you mean by "ok." There is legal restriction from doing so, but it is not advisable to purchase a business without a good business attorney and tax advisor. Just the fact that you mention buying the LLC versus simply buying its assets means you need assistance.
