Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

Hello! I am applying for a trademark of a business name. I am also working on becoming an LLC.

For the company name, do I need to include the trademark (TM) AND LLC, like this:

COMPANY NAME LLC

Or JUST the (TM) like this:

COMPANY NAME

OR JUST LLC like this:

COMPANY NAME LLC

Thank you very much!

You do not need to include the "TM" to have trademark protection. That is simply an indication to the public market that you intend for your company name to be a trademark. So, how you include it is really a matter of marketing and preference. I would, however, have the "LLC" designation somewhere so it is clear that it is an LLC and not you personally.
