Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
in the Articles of Amendment for Georgia in the 'Text being Amended' will I put the remaining Incorporator or put the incorporator that is leaving or both and label one 'remaining' and the other 'remove'?

You don't amend incorporators since they the incorporation has already occurred. Remember that incorporator does not mean shareholder.
