Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Babysitting
I want to run a pool side babysitting service where I supervise childern in our local pool. The pool does not have a life guard. I was wondering if there is a form that I could use that would release me from libility. Could you please get back to me? Thank you.

Re: Babysitting
You absolutely do not want to rely on a "form" release of liability in a situation where you will be supervising kids at a pool. You need to have a lawyer review every detail of this idea, including to what extent you could avoid liability (if at all).
