Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Bad Business practices
I purchased a used Ford F150 from the dealership listed above. We agreed to a deal in good faith. I signed the contract and had a check sent to the dealer within the agreed upon time. After they received the check they called and said I had to return the vehicle because they could not get me a title. They explained that the deal made with the previous owner fail through. I upheld every part of my deal and they are not even trying to make good on a deal they made under false pretenses. Consumer cannot bring a vehicle back because of buyers remorse, so my question is why should dealers not have to stick with the deal they made? This is very unethical, bad business practices, and very misleading to customers.

You may have a point, but the one thing you should check is all the language in the contract that may cover the issue. The dealer's standard contract often provides for this situation.
