If the lawyer is not responding to your calls, e-mails, etc., you may file a bar complaint and sue for breach of contract and possibly malpractice, but I would advise trying to find him/her again before doing so. Attorneys are required to maintain an updated address on the Georgia Bar website - http://www.gabar.org/directories/member_directory_search/
