Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Bank Garnishment
My husband has a bank garnishment. It is not his address nor his socail security numberon this garnishment. The bank says they believe it belongs to him anyway. What can we do to get our money back?

You need to file traverse to the Plaintiff's claim immediately. The process is somewhat complicated. If you would like to discuss it, feel free to call me at 4045299081.

Just to add a point - you never said whether or the account/money actually belong to your husband. That would be the key detail a lawyer would want to know.
