Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
Block shares
I sold shares to someone, it was never filed with the Secetary of State and money never changed hands. Is it legal, can I change my mind. Bank loans were attained, can I just give the money back of assume the loans?

Re: Block shares
I am confused by your posting. If money never changed hands, then what would you give back? If you mean pay back the loan to the back, you need to check the terms of the loan to see if there is a prepayment penalty.

Re: Block shares
I would need more information, specificly, whether the shares were actually transferred. (The Secretary of State has nothing to do with this.) You should consult with a local attorney to review the whole transaction.
