Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
My book was previously published under a 2 year contract with a publishing company during which time my book was sold but I received no money whatsoever. Since the contract on my book expired, my book has still been listed for sale by this same publisher on it's website. I still have not received any money. Do I have a case, and if so, how do I go about it legally? Thanks.

No one who hasn't read the contract can tell you if you have a case or what you'd do to pursue it, as the answer depends solely on that language.
