Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
breach of contract
If i was sold a car by a car dealership and the car was promise to me on 3/6/2006 due to the car needs to go through service. My contract states the car will be delivered on 3/4/2006. I'm getting the run around due to the people who traded the car in deal is not final. I went on 3/6/2006 to get my car, i was told to wait until 3/7/2006 due to the deal would be final. I was given a loaner car for 24 hours only due to i had to go to the store and cause stir up some things. when i went on 3/7/2006 I'm being told to come back on 3/8/2006. I asked for my money back due to the dealership breached the contract. I was told I should be lucky that they gave me a car to drive. They told me i can't get my money back and the contract could not be voided even though they breached the contract. They were so rude to me now that i don't want there buisness. What should i do? please help. Thanks!

Re: breach of contract
I would need to review the contract to advise on what to do. Sometimes you have the legal right to void a contract when the other party breaches first. However, there are many exceptions.
