Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I am currently building a website that would act as a public forum for employees of different companies to review thier job and current working conditions, hours, benefits, etc. Would I as the owner/administrator of the website incur any legal liability for users of the website to state specifics of their employer (i.e. Insurance benefits, pay, shift hours) as long as it's not proprietary in nature?

Forgetting that no intelligent employee would dare risk his job by posting on such a site (many employers now track employee's online comments), the potential legal ramifications to you could be enormous.
To the extent that an employee posted something that turned out to be false, or that violated his employment contract to divulge, you could be sued for actual and punitive damages. Unless you have a lot of money to spend on lawyers and lawsuits, it sounds like a horrible idea legally.
